The pin shafts of the crane, including the up-and-down pin shafts for the luffing, the rear pin shaft for the boom, and the pin shaft for the telescopic arm of the folding crane. 3. The inner cavity of the slewing support, and the area where the slewing support connects to the slewing reducer gears. 4. The upper and lower sliding blocks of each extension and retraction of the boom and the entire boom tube. 5. The position of the hook bearing. It is recommended to do this once every half month. two Check if all bolts are loose. Especially the connecting bolts between the column flange and the rotating support, and the connecting bolts between the rotating support and the frame (there is an observation hole on the column flange for inspection). These two sets of bolts bear the weight of the loaded goods and the crane itself's arm. They are very crucial, so if any are found loose, they must be tightened immediately! Check the locking bolts of each pin shaft for any looseness. It is recommended to do this before each operation. III. Steel wire ropes: The surface of the telescopic steel wire rope of the boom and the steel wire rope on the winch should be kept smooth. Lubrication can be applied every certain period of time with some lubricating oil. The time interval depends on the condition of the steel wire rope. If any abnormal phenomena such as broken strands or frayed edges are found, the steel wire rope needs to be replaced. The telescopic steel wire rope on the boom needs to be checked frequently for its tightness. If the steel wire rope becomes loose, it will cause the boom to shake. 4. Change the gear oil for the rotary reducer and the hoist winch. The gear oil for the hoist and the gear oil for the release are in the same hole. The rotary reducer has two or three holes at the top and bottom. Generally, one or two of the top ones are the oil filling holes, and the bottom one is the oil drainage hole. You can first unscrew the oil drainage cap to drain out the old gear oil completely, then screw on the oil drainage cap, and then unscrew the oil filling bolt to add the gear oil. For machines under 8 tons, the regular amount is 0.6 - 0.8 liters. For those over 12 tons, you can add more to about 1.2 - 1.5 liters. Do this once every 3 months. The vent holes on the hoist motor and the rotary reducer motor should be loosened once every 3 - 6 months for venting (operate the vehicle in a cold state to avoid accidents). V. Hydraulic Oil Since the hydraulic system needs to withstand high-pressure hydraulic impacts, before use, it is necessary to check whether all the hydraulic system connectors are loose, including: oil pipes, oil cylinders, hydraulic multi-way valves, **rotary joints (pump distributors), oil tanks, oil pumps, etc. The hydraulic pipelines need to be kept clean and free of impurities. If abnormal conditions such as emulsification, dirtiness, or blackening of the hydraulic oil are found, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced. The overall hydraulic oil should be replaced every 6 months. There is an oil return filter on the top of the hydraulic oil tank that needs to be checked frequently. The high-pressure filter also needs to be checked frequently. No debris should be allowed to block it. Otherwise, it may cause stalling and poor operation. The filter should be replaced or cleaned every 6 months. VI. Safety Precautions for Hoisting: **Firstly, strictly follow the instructions on the performance label and angle label of the crane to lift the goods. Do not engage in overloading operations!!! The lifting operation can only commence when the lifting arm reaches an angle of more than 30 degrees. Except for telescopic cranes and ** single-joint outboard cranes (the straight arm of the ** single-joint outboard crane can extend with load), other straight-arm cranes are generally prohibited from extending the main arm with a load! VII. It is strictly prohibited to change the ratio of the winch steel wire rope without authorization, such as changing from 6:1 ratio to 4:1 ratio, etc. When hoisting goods, the hook and the goods must remain in a vertical position. It is strictly forbidden to pull or lift obliquely. During the hoisting operation, if the crane becomes difficult to operate, it is strictly prohibited to increase the throttle and forcefully hoist! VIII. When operating the crane, ensure the crane is stable. The front, rear, left and right legs should be evenly supported at the same height. Remember not to rely solely on the legs to bear the entire weight including the chassis and the cargo. The chassis tires and the legs should work together to provide support. When operating the lifting arm, telescopic arm, left and right rotation, and when adjusting the winch rope, do not suddenly accelerate or stop. Unsafe operations can also damage the crane. Especially the left and right rotation movements. IX. When driving, make sure to insert the anti-rotation plug on the column flange and lock the mechanical locks on the four legs. Remove them before starting the machine. Lock them again when storing the machine to ensure driving safety. The Changxing telescopic boom crane has a tonnage range of 2 tons to 20 tons.
