SHENBAI Group Phase III Plant – A New Milestone in Smart Manufacturing
In 2019, Hubei SHENBAI Special Automobile Co., Ltd. officially completed and put into operation its Phase III plant, marking a major leap forward in the company's capacity and technological upgrade. With a total investment of 200 million RMB, the new facility covers an additional 30,000 square meters of workshop space and a 20,000-square-meter office building, equipped with state-of-the-art automotive production lines and intelligent manufacturing systems. This expansion has created 1,000 new jobs and significantly strengthened SHENBAI's annual production capacity to over 10,000 special vehicles, with 8,000 truck-mounted cranes produced per year. The Phase III plant integrates advanced laser cutting, robotic welding, shot blasting, painting, and assembly processes, ensuring world-class quality and precision.
